How discounts combine
Sitewide sale prices and promotional codes do not stack on the same item. If an item is already on sale at a deeper rate than your code, the sale price wins and the code does not add on top. If the code is better, it replaces the sitewide deal for eligible items.
What promos apply to
Promotional discounts apply to eligible samples, travel sprays, and kits shown in the cart. Items already marked as sale / clearance may be excluded when the existing discount is higher than the promo. All purchases are also governed by our Terms of Use.
We do not run a points-multiplier loyalty programme on this site. References to “points multipliers” or “full-size bottle” catalogue exclusions from older templates do not apply.
Discovery vs email coupons
Quiz / discovery / layering promos apply automatically at checkout when you are eligible. Email coupons from /discount_coupons are separate one-time codes sent to your inbox.
Store credit
If a promotion grants store credit, it is added after the qualifying order is fully processed. We may revoke credit for fraud, abuse, or cancelled / refunded qualifying orders as described in our Terms.
Errors and abuse
We may correct display or calculation errors on offers, and suspend or cancel a promo when needed for fraud, technical failure, or fairness. Offers may change or end without prior notice.
